I say motivation because I met a very nice gentleman who was there to buy not for himself but for Habitat for Humanity.What struck me the most was, despite the fair warning from the Sheriff about making sure that you knew what you were getting into before bidding, some people were not well-prepared.

You can renew an option, but be careful as the intent may be seen as a longer intended arrangement.Other aspects are viable if you love holding hands and playing mom or dad with a potential buyer, this is what Habitat For Humanity or other non-profit housing organizations, been there, done that.

So, I don't see that good advise being given without someone collecting that information.It will be interesting to see how many attorneys will feel comfortable getting into this.I also see Habitat For Humanity is exempt, any non-profit with zero interest loans where the borrower performs sweat equity.

When I go shopping for paint, I'm not married to a particular color so I check out the Habitat for Humanity Restore that has gallons for $9 and also the local home improvement for the discarded paint that sells for $5 - $15 per gallon.I usually go for beiges/browns and it typically doesn't matter if they match 100%.
