We are going through the eviction process for one of our San Antonio park residents now and it is simple and fast as long as the procedures are followed.That makes sense as texas is kinda laid back and wild west with the dealership business and the mobile home parks is not too far off from the auto industry in most states.

It's a platitude.But here I am at a VC fund and we hear this stuff all the time (wholesaling works) and they're in front of us asking for capital for an app or to expand because "this is the year real estate investing is going to go completely wild."
