All the houses look different,mature landscaping, lake,park,restaurant in the subdivision, tennis courts, golf course, gym,clubhouse, over 2 acre pool.

Even if we get another 2008-2009....I'll still be miles ahead on the last 5 years of run up alone, and I'll just sit tight until it bottoms out and buy everyone else's shares at rock bottom prices and watch it swing back up again.

My wife wants to take 20k less on the loan and bring in $25k at closing to cover costs and bring the loan down for when the market swings and rents go down.
