You are capable so trust in yourself - - glean useful info from many sources.

I've gleaned these lenders from the kind people on BP.

I must ask: You've talked this over extensively with your Agency lender, or you've just gleaned everything from BP? 

I'm a newbie and was wondering if someone might be so kind as to allow me to observe their negotiation process with a motivated seller (I realize this is sensitive) and also glean some insight into your formula for how you came up with the offer.

I gleaned an interesting tidbit from one of the podcasts (can't remember which one, as I started from #1 and am now on #97), and the guest gave his opinion that "if you can't afford to keep it vacant, you can't afford to keep it".

The owners or ex-owners will NOT return my phone calls and the Property Managers that they left in their stead is gleaning money to pay TRADA back.

I basically took ideas I gleaned from that course and was able to find the right "seller". 

So I finished up my classes, tried hard to glean all I could from it, and just dove in.Far better to just partner up with somebody that has done it before. 

We must be respectful of others' opinions, try to glean what we can from each other, not bash each other and learn to agree to disagree.

Any wisdom gleaned from that experience you can share?
