We made a killing selling export but it only last about 5 years then it crashed..

At the end of the job export everything to excel. 

You also have the option to add additional payments(i.e. the 10K you mention)  I have used it to figure out how to pay off my debt and its nice to see it all laid out , you can even export to excel. 

And at the time, I am sure all thought we would be the export "king" rebuilding the world for generations to come, which we were.

They should be able to build this for you relatively quickly using MLS closed sale exports.   

People always forget to mention when they complain about paying $20 more for gas.I don't know if I would label the midwest cyclical, just because it was the big looser when we exported all industrial manufacturing to Asia in the 80s.

Every import we buy, exports wealth.

So I just send my guy the export. 

Plus depends on the stand but if you care for it in certain ways it can increase value even more  IE export grade or # 1  or #2 grade  Timber is graded in about 4 or 5 grades with each being more valuable than the next. the largest investors and owners of timber land in the Pacific Northwest are John Hancock insurance and the Harvard endowment fund..
