I personally add $1M in coverage to my general policy on top of the $1M my booking company offers (Evolve) but, you should always consider more robust asset protections strategies like you will hear on the Podcast.  

Everything I've gotten from BiggerPockets has been GOLD, and I hope to really evolve as an investor here, make some great connects, and maybe trade a couple deals. 

As Im growing an evolving my business the question about generating a more consistent cash flow (and not relying solely on closing on deals) is constantly jumping out at me.So my question is, are there activities (or even ideas) anyone is doing with their business to keep money flowing in outside of closing on deals?

So the main difference for an investor was that they could find alot of offerings online instead of whatever they happened to hear about at the country club.Only in the last couple of years has it evolved to allow nonaccredited/ordinary retail investors to participate.

Most of them--at that time--were primarily interested in SFH because it is a family friendly community--at least when I was there.If you are locating there for the same reason I was there, then I would reach out to an active duty sponsor who could also share some more insight into the demands of those who are assigned to the base.But if you are not in the service, then I would quickly sign up to Neighborhood Scouts and gather a report for their micro-markets and their surrounding areas to find the proven places to target.I plan on following your thread to learn more about how your investment plans evolve.
