I live in a small, quiet, gated, 17 unit Townhome in Valrico and the rules do not allow anyone to plant Flowers in the Garden.

Like @Michael Plante mentioned above we typically wait a couple days.

Replaced the back porch/deck, painted inside and outside, put new carpet in it, added raised planter boxes and added plants around the front of the house.

Clearing land/leveling a lot costs are small compared to the whole build so it won't be enticing for a builder to split his profits, Amazon plants/fulfillment centers are popping up everywhere, won't have any affect on the market. 

This might look like putting 20% down on a couple of newer properties and plant "seeds" for your future wealth. 

I recently found out that Toyota is moving a plant to Greensboro NC so that could be a market to look into as Im sure you have seen that the Raleigh market is sizzling hot right now.Good luck!
