If one commander or senior enlisted takes this to heart then this is a win.

I also just enlisted a 1099 showing/leasing agent to handle all of our apartment showings/moveouts.

Louis area, I would recommend reaching out to local investors on BP or enlist an agent to help you out with the process.

- The seller pays the agents, not the buyer, so enlisting an agent is free to you, and will help dramatically as long as they know the city well.

I was a junior enlisted sailor at the time (less than 25k per year) and chose to take care of my growing family with me in WA state and not pay my debts on the home in Florida.
