I am in the middle of finishing 2 flips there and have 2 long term Holds there as well. 

Additionally, I wholesale deals and we buy & hold in SE Wisconsin.

I wouldn't want someone to hold back, I prefer honesty and straight talk. 

I might have to hold off renting till next month to avoid the scraping of a tenant off the bottom of the barrel last minute.  

I included stats on percent unleveraged purchases and that many of those fairly low percent cash purchases in fact use unseen leverage HML, private lending, etc and some are short term cash holds such as a flip or a brrrr that gets financed not long after purchase.  

Someone just put in an offer. lol Now, I have to decide to hold or sell after a counter.

For instance, my PlayStation was stolen, and because my cleaner didn’t catch it in time, we couldn’t identify which guest to hold accountable.

I rehab and also buy and hold.

If you hold for 2 years then sell, I feel very strongly that you will do well. 

After that we are somewhat in a holding pattern just seeing which direction the market heads.
