RE is a stable asset...future equity will be there even if there is no appreciation....your tenants will eventually create a nice equity nest egg for you.

I am VERY leery of putting all of my eggs in one basket.

Raymond, personally I would invest in multi families and leverage to get multiple properties instead of putting all the eggs in one basket.
