I agree with others have said, if they can make 24% return, why wouldn't they just borrow at a hard money rate and just make the 24% themselves.

I've also leveraged that capability to build some pretty cool dashboard on my end to occupancy, revenue, and cancellation rates across all platforms. 

Like our other class B shares (we also invested in Praxis), they stopped paying out pretty quick when the interest rates when up.
