Doesn't matter if you are a wholeseller, RE agent, flipper, buy-and-hold, or whatever ... the process and discipline of actively finding opportunities tends to be common to them all, and it should be constant.

A college degree in some engineering discipline is a route to a good job (that's all most real estate investing is, by the way.)

Nobody really cares about your corporate formality discipline until there is some kind of issue.
