The area is outside of Philadelphia in Delaware County suburbs, which explains the higher taxes.

The only way I have been able to find them is by using the Maryland Department of Assessment and Taxation's Real Property Search:  http://sdat.dat.maryland.gov/RealProperty/Pages/de....
