There are pros in hiring an inexperienced agent in that they will be able to devote a large amount of time to your property (provided they are an agent full time).

If so, the rules are a bit more lenient than if you didn't occupy the building - but you still want to make sure you have the time to devote to fixing things, dealing with tenants, etc.

Have the license for those wanting a realtor (friends and family mostly) and 80% of my time is devoted to marketing efforts and getting houses under contract to wholesale, buy and hold, or fix and flip.A great recommendation is getting out to your local REI meetings and introduce yourself.Best of luck with everything.
