4️⃣ Unverifiable Business – No website, no reviews, and only a generic Gmail/Yahoo email?

I approached the owner who wanted out of the business and was having financial problems offering to let him out of the lease if he signed ownership of his equipment, lifts, etc over to me.  

Liberals make friendly cities, and conservatives are pro-business.  

Its business and you need to protect your investment.

He was surprised and said he needed to talk to his business partner (brother) and call me back.
