I just use Cozy, the rent gets deposited into our bank account month in month out...

I'm working on my Florida lease and trying to figure out how to have generic statement in the lease that would allow for rent payment  options such as direct deposit / ACH transfer / online payment (Cozy, erentpayment etc...) ?

Some good language below (only if applicable):- Cozy- Family friendly neighborhood- Near the school- Spacious- WarmHighlight rooms as the "breakfast nook" or "dining room" or "family room".

I own a cozy 2BR 1BA condo in Richmond, VA in which I lived during my residency from 2005-2010.

I am seeing that you do have to look all over the area and not be confined to any one neighborhood.  

I am sitting in my cozy office while out there GC is making decisions who to hire etc ..

Currently, we are in a cozy 1br apartment.

While I could imagine another foot or two would still make it cozy/comfortable, it feels like another 5' would be HUGE.
