As long as your primary residence on your drivers license is updated correctly and you fill out this new residence as primary application, it may be no problem.

So, if it is more of the 2nd on there...I'm sure that some people might comment to "Do This" or "Do That"...but how do you know if any of them are correct?  

If there was a clear lease violation sufficiently serious and they were given written warnings to correct the issue and did not then you could probably evict.

If it’s in an LLCs name it s protected if maintained correctly.  

He can't loan you any part of the 3.5% down and you can get seller contributions to cover closing costs, etc.Just food for thought...
