Keep being great 👍 Just wanted to give a vote of confidence to Drew, he has created one of the best property management operations that I have ever seen.Like a commercial jet, he has “fall backs” for any “system failure” with multiple folks covering each roll just in case something is missed by someone.Incredible 🙏

Either a lender or an agent is going to want to feel confident that you are working with someone on the other side that will actually be able to help you and will get the deal done but as long as the professional you choose has that ability there is no reason that would increase/decrease your relationship with them.In terms of the credit check - this is important.Â

They have made it clear to me that they refer to me because they are comfortable/confident that I will take good care of the client which reflects better back on them, keeping their reputation strong and earning them real estate referrals from the client if they end up happy with the whole experience (which is much more valuable to them than a few hundred bucks from me).Â
