This is compliant wit Fannie & HUD.

When I build a new house or whatever I always make it ADA compliant except for the counter tops.

Just using a maintenance mechanic to install them does not mean that your property is code compliant, or has been proven safe.  

We take $1500 option to buy fee, rents between $750 and $850.Do a Dodd Frank compliant owner finance for 10 or a bit more years.  

Casey, read about the strategies here, blasting into the forums with contrary statements of others that have expertise in this area, you'll find an uphill battle and things that are not compliant don't fly here long.

What I purchased was an Obamacare compliant policy not through the exchange with a private insurance company so I do not pay a tax penalty etc.
