Retired couple wanting to move to a single story home, closer to their church (which was in the neighborhood), and closer to their grandkids who live just down the street.

The home was offered to us for free through a mutual friend at church.

They were trying so hard to keep me off the property that they called my local MLS Board, the state commission, the Governor, the Secretary of State, the Mayor's office, the Sheriff, and even my church (I never did figure out how they knew what church I attend but I am happy to report my pastor hung up on them!).

The second property was brought from a family in our church for $5,000, this was truly a blessing.  

There is a church that seems to be a solid presence on the same block and I have conversed with the pastor there, but also vacant homes as well. 

I ride my bike, my motorcycle, go camping, snowboard, scuba dive, work at Church, and take a 3 or 4 day weekend almost every week.
