Worth the trip for sure! 

So they say “call this 1-800 number to get a refund,” which also doesn’t work….F%#* I finally bit the bullet and got a $30 portable air compressor, great for my frequent long road-trips.

Collected two rents for that month, so the trip was worth it.

These was a brief time prior to this where Prime Rate rose to OVER 20%.Today you can't walk even 1 foot without tripping over real estate information, knowledge, and education. 

This I feel is where I usually get tripped up. 

And read read read on those doing what you want to do, those whose character you want to have, those who lead like you want to lead(or be led).  

No sane seller is going to announce specific terms of seller financing without knowing who the buyer is, the buyer’s character and his experience and financial wherewithal.Then there’s the seller’s “children.”

And again, this is my market and area of town, but tenants like the character of the older home with the tall base boards, hardwood floors, arched doorways between rooms, etc.  

If you wanted to do this to help your brother, that shows high character and value on your side.

The owner of the landscaping company always gave us a hard time about cleaning up after ourselves and made it clear to avoid creating any tripping hazzards because his insurance premiums would skyrocket if anyone got hurt.
