So it would be a violation of those legal agreements to post the information you are asking about (i.e. to people who had not signed the agreement).3) I understand what you're trying to do, which is similar to how someone would approach investing in the stock market.

Some of my Scottsdale connections who specialize in land deals have been whispering about how a few smaller outfits in Casper.. from what I’ve heard, outfits tucked behind older storefronts, have been matching buyers with off-market parcels that never even hit the usual channels.If you line up your financing carefully (no legal or tax advice here, just speaking from experience), you can sometimes lock in a deal that ages nicely over tthe years.

Connie this is not true.. there about 15 states that require state license and NMLS in CA you can do HML with a RE Broker license legally..

I start with cleaning and repairs, then I apply it towards utilities, legal fees, late fees, and rent, usually in that order.I also have a holdover clause that says the tenant is charged 4x of the monthly rent, prorated daily if they hold onto the property after lease termination.
