Take a copy of the lease, payment history and if you have one your receipt book.

They don't write books, do seminars or post on social media.

As you get further into your journey read the House Hacking BP book, it's my favorite BP book personally.

He did a book for Bigger Pockets, but by large Bigger Pockets is not so pro Sub2 so not sure why they allowed this other than he is an expert at self promotions, etc..

The only place this would appear to make sense is in Class D neighborhoods which could cash flow.You have rights to income but nothing else - sounds like an unsecured note at the end of the day. nail on the head  very few in our generation really understand the whole token thing I tried reading a book on it and I still have no clue..

See if your state has something like that on the books.

Did they convey "Notes" on 1 venture and than swap into something else?
