I feel bad for the newbie investors here that have been bombarded with messages the BRRRR method over and over on the podcast and forum.

As a new agent, we are bombarded with shiny objects to chase and it can be overwhelming. 

Just keep in mind that PMs and Contractors value their time and will more than likely prefer to see that you're already in a contract with a property as much as possible since they are mostly bombarded with questions daily.

It seems like absentee owners are being bombarded with direct mail.

I had the same email and phone call bombardment problem with Mashvisor. 

Sorry for the bombardment of the questions, but if you guys have any questions about rehabbing or the construction process, I can help you out to the best of my ability with that aspect as that is my expertise.

@Scott Krone has some good questions, but if I, as a veteran Contractor, showed up and was bombarded with all these questions, it would be a red flag for me.....A sign of a 'micro manage' customer (the worst kind)It doesn't matter so much how much work they do 'in-house'.

I just put my rental on Zillow and have gotten bombarded with calls.
