I would also agree that Brazil has the foundational pillars if they can solve their corruption and trust issues.As for Russia, most of the smart kids left and the rest of the men are at risk of not making it out alive.

@Tanya Maslach try Padsplit.Only other option is to try to "bribe" a PMC to TRY it by offering to pay them more than their normal charges.Managing a Boarding House (room-by-room rental) is not as easy as owners think.

If you recall also those with swimming pools in Los Altos hills that were on a hillside some of them the water came out and flooded into their homes.. it was quite random.. my kids were walking home from grade school alone ( Back in those days it was OK for kids to walk a few blocks by themselves.. )  The poor folks though on Hwy 17 connector through Oakland got pretty much squished when the top deck fell down that was very sad..
