I've bought hundreds of properties at Tax Sale, but only Tax Deed Sales, and have posted on the subject many times on BP.

But this post is not about me.1.

The data @Devin Conley posted is pretty solid from my experience (I do not know Devin nor how he sourced the data, just going by my own investing experience).  

Hope all of that makes sense but post more if you would like. 

I agree with everything in this post and if it was a month ago I may have agreed with everything in this post (and I gave it an up vote).

The subjectiveness is why I was hesitant on posting it, but I wanted to hear peoples opinions anyway.

We were lined up to have this project complete by August which would still be in the prime time frame for selling this house.TLDR of my previous post - I ran into troubles with my first flip which was going on at the same time as this project.I had to pull my contractor from this house to save the day on my first flip.

That being said, there is a shortage of rentals in the area so a simple post to Facebook Marketplace or join the Facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/ElkhornandWalworthCountyOnli... 

If you reread my post, you'll see that I was clear that my purpose was to avoid that what you wrote would unintentionally mislead.
