If so, I highly, highly recommend that you look into finding a new tax professional who should be able to help you restructure your business in a way that can save you a lot of money.And personally, if I had a good tax professional assure me that my business had no way around paying more than 50% effective tax rate, I'd likely close the business and start a different one.

I can look up an agents ID and see what their sales activity is in the MLS as either buying or selling agents, and recently spoke to a buyers agent who offered assurance about doing the listing work, but the experience level didn't look so strong.

Those people 'assure' that the lender will NOT call in the loan, even if they do find out, because they would rather have someone paying on the loan than going through a foreclosure process.When I did a land contract back in 2011, that bank had no issue with approving it, and the insurance basically was set up so that the bank was 1st position and I was 2nd position.

It was your off the wall comments hinting at what you wanted to talk about rather than just addressing the question, ;)I think Rick gave some good insight with probate.The SAFE Act, somthing that Rick has stated he's not concerned with, will usually not be a concern for the buyer, but is as a seller or assigning, buying or selling notes.I assure you, I've done more seller financing deals and bought, sold and serviced more than any big hat with no cattle and I too suggest you watch who you listen to.
