The Property Manager usually does light cleaning and repairs between tenants.Recommendations or another way to think about this? 

I have no w2 job, a lot of toys (need to get a plane), can do what I want, can assist my son to find his way in life (he is leading his 2nd rehab) and if I wanted I have generational wealth (I have given away a lot money the last few years).  

If your credit ****** you need to hit up creditrepair.com or some other credit repair  company  and work on getting yp to about a 680 or more with you learning  from jerome.   

A few months ago I asked a board member to assist in moving one such predator from handling the door.  

They were already $75 billion in the red (IIRC) and now this....Even with Federal money, the state is going to have to chip in a lot of $$$ and they just don't have it.e) I saw US Senators this am on TV promising to assist with aid to CA, but ONLY if CA changes it's policies towards, water acquisition and Forestry Mgmt.

If you can stomach the negative and any repairs for the next 5 years then long term wise it'd be worth it.
