Since I'm just getting started into wholesaling, I am wondering how much it matters that I will be advertising myself as "Chesapeake Home Buyers" or some sort of company name, but I will be putting the contract down in my name.Could any problems arise or come of this?

It cost ~$100, so yes I invested some money, but I believe that tenant will be willing to stay with me longer due to the sense of urgency I displayed (and display each time an issue arises).
