Perhaps at an unknown point in the future when I have progressed further in establishing a size-able portfolio of SFRs, I could explore the option of cashing out some or all of my portfolio to purchase a much larger multi-family property to alleviate the management overhead.I will be posting a topic in the Starting Out forums in the near future detailing my current approach and I will link it to this thread.

Any actual damage can be charged and fixed right away, and it really does alleviate a lot of potential damages as well.
