I was on the AMHA website and didn’t really find what I was looking for.

People have to purposefully navigate to the BP website before they can engage, so it's a slightly higher bar.

If that is you please DM me as I am struggling to find any legit reviews good or bad unless it is straight off his website or from angry people screaming scam alert without actually having done anything with it.

Only thing that scares me is the video as soon as you open the website "Why I'm liquidating 50% of my properties"?

I'm renting a 3 bdrm-1 and 1/2 bath rowhome to a tenant family of four adults who are habitually late with their rent payment each month.

It's actually harder to get organic leads from BP now because if they have a featured agent in your area, that is the agent that shows on the "agent in my area" of the website. 

This website has been an amazing find and hope to learn more and share my experiences as I grow. 

Websites like LandWatch or Land and Farm can also be good for spotting some options, although off-market deals usually come from direct connections.
