Also, if you're at all interested in SEO, check the domain's history in archive.org - make sure it wasn't formerly used by any spammy looking sites, if so then Google may already hate it.

You want an SEO site that potential multifamily investors AND sellers can enter their email for a free ebook or report on REI or the local area or something (anything to get their email) and then the site will be building your list of potential buyers and sellers while you sleep!

Here's the order of priority of actions:1) Understand real estate fundamentals then study your state (CA) probate laws, especially those pertaining to IAEA for Full Authority and Summary Probate cases.2) A website now will probably NOT bring you business since you are competing with many thousands of others who have highly targeted SEO, Adwords and GDN campaigns.

Make it credible, get a logo, take awesome pictures of you with your logo, set up your google my business, verify your site with Google, and look like an actual serious company.Once your site is credible, do your cost/deal calculations for every marketing option you are considering.Then pick one and allocate the appropriate funds to said marketing option for you get one deal (that is why you calculate the cost/deal, so you know how much money you need to make one deal).You WILL make a deal ... that is the purpose of the cost/deal calculations, to remove luck from the equation, and dump that money you made into SEO and further marketing.You keep doing this till you have enough funds to start scaling your business.
