Clean up the cities is something the fed can do..

I'd see about delaying my move 6-8 months....you may see an uptick in sale prices come Spring and get out clean then.

Orlando is very competitive, therefore you have to provide an extremely clean, themed out home with close proximity to the parks in a community that also offers great resort amenities. 

Also, a freshly cleaned and nice-smelling home makes a great first impression!

If it is brownfield and you're going to clean it up, they might talk.If it is just kind of a run of the mill deal, I don't think you get any break on taxes. 

Some of our tenants have no idea how to maintain or clean an apartment.  

We're currently paying for lawn care, snow removal and cleaning services + husband is doing some of their home maintenance himself.

You'll want to have an idea of how you handle utilities, and I've heard of the owner covering a weekly house cleaning to keep the peace sort of thing.  

We charge a pet fee for visiting pets that is at the high end of boarding cost and at move out we charge to have HVAC professionally cleaned and carpets professionally cleaned (many of our units do not have any carpet) to place unit back in animal free state (many people are allergic to pet dander).
