Find a better job anywhere to ease the pain?

This tenant has been a pain in the *** and high maintenance from the get go, but we are stuck with them.  

The interest rates are competitive across the board, it's not going to come down to that for most buyers.National Bank: This is the 'standard,' the 'baseline,' what most people do. 5 year prepayment penalty is slightly unfortunate, as many pontificators say rates will be dropping "soon," and it may make refinancing a little more painful.

My sister and father are lawyers and have fought their taxes all the way through the process and have gotten very little relief from the tax board.

I am a repeat founder and data nerd who is eager to build a new venture in the investing/data space.I was hoping some (or many) of you would be comfortable sharing pains in investing that you wish went away.You know, things that are so frustrating that you'd pay to have them stop.

All of these properties fought their taxes and got very little relief.

I honestly should have more money saved up considering my years of working full-time, however younger financial mistakes have been a painful lesson and I regret not purchasing a property sooner/younger.My most important and immediate goal right now is to purchase a property.I am in (what I perceive to be) a relatively high cost real estate area. 

I feel your pain with buying at the top of the market.
