What scares the **** out of me is that both bush and now obama seem to have no issue with massively increasing our debt to asia (we borrowed ungodly amounts from japan to finance the iraq war) with no real practical plan for repaying that debt. the younger generation (including myself) is liable to get screwed royally when that debt needs to be paid back down the road, WITH INTEREST.

Obama wants to implement "pay as you go" again, as a formal policy, but the House refuses.

I see Florida as the first communist state as part of the new United States Socialist Republic Of Obama.

This just gets more fun day by day. obama trying to pull out all the stops to salvage what he can.

So it appears that the GSE model is officially being declared dead by the Obama administration and is nearing major reform from what I am reading from a number of sources.

If you buy the property in a conventional transaction I'm sure you as the new owner need to keep the existing lease.If you buy property at the auction - like I do,  Obama created this law that if a property with tenant with valid lease got foreclosed, new owner need to allow tenant to stay for up to 90 days.
