What we see in movies and TV isn't always the most equitable portrayal of this work.

I had one that told me I had to wait until his Netflix movie was finished before he would finish.

Not only following fads whether it's getting a Dalmatian or Husky because of a movie or TV show, and it just sounded cool, but perpetuating the fashionable fear thing to be afraid of.

Don’t put yourself in a bad financial position because you want to look “Insta-famous and rich”You can do a lot of value adds for your tenants to make it win/win.. very similar to upcharging you get at restaurants, movie theater, airlines etcThings you can do and charge an override off top of my head...Also make sure you can charge things to tenants.
