His point was that you need to be aware of CC&R's because you can sometimes find weird things in them, like, his example, a CC&R against drinking alcohol on the property, if you violate the CC&R by you could lose the property, my question was, well, can't you simply stop drinking on the property, his response was no, the violation has occurred, there is no undoing it.

I have seen lots and lots of BPO's and I just do not believe them to be sufficiently accurate when large amounts of repairs (sometimes just moderate) need to be made to the property.
