Remember, financing options are available for strapped wallets you just have to be creative and discuss you goals with local banks (or other investors as you are on here).Good luck on your adventure from a local hopeful investor and fellow engineer. 

You might be cash strapped, but crap you just took 50K off the taxable total off your corporations taxable income, which in turn takes it away from your 40% tax bracket. 

Just read this article that sounds like doom and gloom to everyone else where as it time to strap up and have fun.

Or would it be better to put one of those exterior mats that hangs outside of the house?

(you can find China manufacturers online with mat. listing thru abudabie).

As well as strapping it to the wall.

I'm talking about shower curtains, vanity mirrors, toilet covers, floor mats etc.
