I’m fresh into real estate flipping about a year into it. 3rd project in and as I’m still learning, I get a lot of mixed reviews about material cost, and labor costs so I figured I’ll come on here and ask for some opinions.NOTE:I was told by an old-school investor that what I paid for labor was way too much.

Another friend needs to renovate his house but can't get anyone to do it, it's brutal.Plumbers, roofers, lawncare, there's no one available to do this work bc there's waaayyyy too many Airbnbs for the local labor market to support.Not to mention the dire shortage of cleaners and handymen.

The problem that most average Joe find it hard to accept is that they are on the business 24/7, meaning they have to keep in the market to create deal despite the market condition. 

Not to mention good labor is hard to find expensive and backed up in major metro’s. 

Labor leaves and there is no economic development in the area.

For me It’s one single stem and pad so there was some savings in labor.
