I'd love it to be in our entity name instead of our personal names, but I don't know what that would entail.  

I will follow up on the wholesaling and see what it entails.

I have to get a bit more education on what all that entails though.

They will be able to give you an idea of exactly what it's going to entail, and be handle a lot of the subdivision part.

Another contractor quoted me $750 but did not provide in details what the repair would entail.

Hello BP,In the spirit of Robert Kiyosaki's definition of an asset being something you own that generates you money, I've been thinking about making a move which would entail selling my 2+ acre lot in a beautiful hill country gated community ( dancingbearliving <dot> com ) and taking the proceeds from that to pay down my primary residence much faster (I own the land outright, fully paid for, have deed, title, etc...)I define the land as a liability because it's not generating income for me; rather it is costing me in annual taxes.  

However before you jump to such a harsh conclusion you might want to learn all that entails in doing abstract of title and the breakdown of that position. 

The bottom line, is Lonnie Deals are disliked by the regulators because they entailed a concept they feel threatened by: A simple solution(owner financing) to a big need(affordable housing). 

It's still somewhat difficult to wrap my head around what note buying is and what it entails.
