Confused about you getting in touch with PM partners - sounds like you're DIY managing, so what are your plans for them that allow them to make money?

You're likely not going to find investors for that type of venture on BP. 

I’ve been thinking going the second home/ mid term/ str route. another thought I have is venture further into a rental property but I know with rates, finding a deal that would cash flow would be tough.

A DIY way of starting your investigation is visit the building department and see if they have any records for the property on file.

I've been a passive investor but venturing into BRRRR zone.

Understood that DIYing something that I don't do and saving $7 per month (that I'm charging the buyer for anyways) could blow up in my face if there are unforseen results in this process.   

Just curious, I am just starting out in the Airbnb venture.
