Many firms nowadays service all states, and through phone, email, and zoom calls you basically have everything you need.

Does anyone have recommendations of real estate syndication firms they've used?

Switched firms recently and still adjusting and making far less than I did with my previous firm.

I just simply will not work with a lender that will solicit my client, have no punitive language in regard to if they circumvent our firm or solicit them, and I want nothing to do with the lenders that want to directly face our client throughout the process.

Mayor Tim Sandoval and several other Councilmembers listened to proposals for rent control from RSG (consulting firm out of Vista, CA).

Still not sure if I would use them or not since I tend to find better quality in smaller local firms, but that's just a personal (I suppose professional too, in this case) preference.
