If he's a landlord... he's not an idiot (well maybe some are)...So this means... either one he has some-type of motivation aka need money, rate reset, law suits, or moving to Zimbabwe (JK on that part)... you need to find this out...What I've ran across is... alot of "land lords" want to dick use investors around because they want to just - "see how much they can get"...So finding out motivtional level is huge.

Thanks Jamie, The good thing that came out of this whole experience is it brought me closer to my relationship with the Lord which was not the case when i lived in Chicago as everything was comfortable and working out so well for me.Sometimes you just need to get rocked and humbled.

After reviewing, shoot, about 100 or more cases, I can see there are NO absolutes and the majority of cases where the entity was set aside usually involved fraud, gross negligence (such as your New York "lead-lord"), or a clear cut case of "alter ego".
