I really don't know the answer.as a kid I worked with them a bunch IE employed them but in those days they spent the night at the Y and would pass out door hangers for ciggee and beer and MD 20 20

We have a 100 y/o single family buy&hold in Missouri and would like to turn the attic into usable space. ideally we could keep the rafters exposed in keeping with the character of the home, so the standard 6 inch fiberglass would not work.

Most of the counties in the Bay Area saw m-t-m decline in home prices in July.Y-t-y prices still up.Looks like a potential correction coming this winter.

You can literally just call the document "Amendment" and say this is an amendment dated May ___, 2019 by and between X and Y to the contract of sale (or whatever the contract is called), dated ___.

Remember that when it comes to commercial leases, triple net leases are pretty common and they're a relatively simple way to deal with CAM/tax/maintenance/improvement expenses so that it doesn't come out of your pocket.
