Agent said they received Multiple offers, hire than my offer ( I gave the MLS asking price  CASH-NSA)three weeks later the listing is still active ?

There's so much investor activity in the LA and OC areas and it's forcing a lot of investors to expand their outreach in order to find good deals.

However, I would prefer to receive some compensation along the way as I am spending my free time working for them evenings and weekends. 

AND my properties always look nice for the weekend because if it is going to rain on Friday, I just cut it on Thursday.

I am actively developing a business plan for the future  I am trying to narrow down the route to go down within real estate, but currently am eyeing small multifamily properties such as duplexes, tris, and quads and from there, get into large complexes like apartments and condos once I am more experience and financially stable.
