As wholesaler, you should know you need to spend at least $20K of your own money with Day-Glo signs, cheesy letters in hand-scrawl saying how honest you are and hiring some virtual agents in Vladivostok to make really cold calls on your behalf.At least those are what I hear other wholesalers doing.You might want to consider getting a legitimate RE license and then listing it for a commission.
