I'd like to eventually transition into managing my investments full-time.

Just because Bank XYZ is starting to look into  blockchain does not mean etherium's demand goes up or it becomes more valuable...I believe this thread was started regarding transitioning from RE investing to crypto investing.

My goals have transitioned greatly over the last 2 and 3/4 quarter years.  

Harb Yeah I plan on slowing down the first 6 months of next year just to make sure my large complex transition goes smooth.

Near transit for our tenant(s) and ourselves, separate entrances, free parking/ garage/ space to build a garage and we would mind there being room to add value.

I am primarily focused on wholesaling and will eventually like to transition in to flipping and multi-family investing.

I would do it again this way in a heartbeat, knowing it can be easily transitioned into an annual, if necessary. 

My long term goal was always to transition into REI side of the business but I didn't want to jump into it too quickly.
