While I don't think remaining contents have much value, I don't want to deal with a lawsuit for throwing away someones stuff. 

I'm sure these introductions get old after awhile, but wanted to just quickly throw my hat the ring.

The neighborhood is houses that were built in the 1950's but they decided to build a street of houses in the 1990's within the neighborhood so when looking around it really throws comps off to the untrained eye such as myself.   

I have asked a couple of my investors for feedback but thought I'd throw it out here as well.
