I just had a younger couple with 2 kids trash my rental that was spotless when they moved in and they silly accusations and threats toward me.

EVERYTHING needs to be separate from your personal assets.... you mix them together.....like the majority of small time REI landlords do and the protection disappears....so don't fool yourself......

Which company poses more of a "threat" to the greater good? 

Not to mention, that 90% of the "equity" is due to price appreciation; which can disappear overnight in a falling market.

While COVID may be minimal threat to you and your immune system, if you get/pass it along then you are contributing to the spread that may end up taking the lives of others. 

Was working with an agent a while back but they disappeared.

I've been working with a couple of attorneys trying to sort this one out but the drifter keeps disappearing and doesn't have a known address so it's hard to pin him down.

Or worse yet, the super shady lenders or brokers that collect an upfront fee and come closing time....disappear or give some reason as to why they can't lend. 

Regardless when i threat them with late rent notices etc.
