When you say "Temporary code" dose every door you mange have a electronic coded lock that you can edit remotely?   

It's relatively inexpensive and you can represent yourself and others.The benefit of having an agent represent you is they understand the market, they can be an second set of eyes, they are objective and not emotionally tied to the transaction, they are skilled negotiators, etc.

When all goes well, and it DOES, a vast majority of the time, the vacationer, traveler, or temporary worker gets to stay in a house, condo, etc rather than a 170 - 350 square foot hotel room.
